PREVENTION OF INJURY DURING THE PHYSICAL CULTURE OF MARINE STUDIES OF HIGHER EDUCATION

The presented work draws attention to the importance of injury prevention during physical education students of maritime free economic zones, because the specifics of work on maritime transport requires significant physical training and also often has similar traumatic consequences. The most common types of injuries, causes of injuries during sports, recommendations for the prevention of student injuries. The concepts of one or another type of injuries are briefly considered and their main characteristics and causes are described, situations for their elimination are described. Exercise is an active human activity and can be accompanied by injuries. So, in terms of where the injuries occur, the most common areas are the knee and shin, followed by the elbow and forearm, wrist, arm and head. Most injuries are caused by a failed fall, contact with another person or an obstacle and, of course, overexertion (including injuries caused by strenuous or repetitive movements). Some athletes and teachers believe that injuries in sports are inevitable. Analysis of the causes of injuries shows that with all the requirements and rules of exercise and sports, the problem of injuries is minimized. In the prevention of injuries should be actively involved not only coaches and teachers, but also students themselves.
The paper also highlights their own classifications of the causes of sports injuries and reveals their essence (reasons related to the professional and personal characteristics of the teacher; insufficient formation of vital motor skills and abilities of students to prevent injuries, etc.).
Thus, the results of the study allowed to determine the main types and causes of injuries during physical education. Every physical education teacher should make every effort to eliminate the identified causes of student injuries. The analysis of scientific approaches allowed to identify the main methods and means of prevention and prevention of sports injuries, to summarize the main recommendations. It is emphasized that the skills acquired during the training in the Free Economic Zone for the prevention of sports injuries will be useful in further work on maritime transport.
