Abstract

The article considers the application of a system approach to the analysis of the safety of the operation of technical facilities during ship operations. When studying the safety of ship operations, three groups of indicators are distinguished: indicators of the quality of the technical system (readiness for operation), taking into account external factors (natural conditions, meteorological data), and the quality of operation, which depends on the training of technical personnel. To solve the problem of assessing the risk and safety of the operation of technical means during ship operations, several basic principles are proposed, based on which mathematical models of readiness for the operation of technical means of the ship operations system are proposed, taking into account their random and uncertain parameters. The readiness function, which is a comprehensive indicator of reliability, was obtained, as it depends on the fail-safe indicators and indicators of the technical system's recoverability. Auxiliary measures to ensure operational reliability are proposed, which will allow to reduce the level of risks, which will allow to prevent accidents during ship operations.
